Some of you may already know that I'm a big believer that ATS systems are the wrong way to go and that, as far as recruiting/talent acquisition/talent management go, that the CRM model is what recruiting should be working on.

In my opinion, Salesforce.com puts out the best CRM "application" out there because it really is not an application. Its a platform to build on. Yes, it comes packaged with CRM..but there is so much more. Oh...so much more.

Anyways, I was just at the event that Salesforce puts on called Dreamforce. Very nice...

They are coming out with all different types of enhancements set for November and then a follow up release in the Winter. I've been back for a couple days and have already started designing accordingly. So...needless to say...I'm very excited.
