Jeff Hunter: Total Workforce Management on Salesforce.com

Jeff Hunter of Electronic Arts presented the work that we are doing at Electronic Arts for their global talent acquisition program...and then some.

Its all being built on the Salesforce.com platform and what started out as just a recruiting design project, turned into something called Total Workforce Management (TWM). Global recruiting, university recruiting, internal advancement, vendor qualification/acquisition, contractor approval, etc. Pretty neat stuff.

I've built workforce process/applications that are in still in use by giants like Adobe,Oracle, Yahoo, Seagate and Microsoft today. Nothing comes close to this..but that's just my opinion.
