This guy has a passion for what he does like you wouldn't believe. But its his hobby, so I assume a lot of people have a lot of passion for their hobbies.

But if you can watch the whole segment, wait until the end when he talks about why he feels the the way he does. It IS POSSIBLE for an employer to address his remarks towards employees in a way that can come close to getting this kind of passion out of employees regarding their jobs. I've been treated like it...by mentors at a company...but never by my "employer" so to speak. But its still possible.
